Northbrook Waters was built on 21.2 hectares of former farmland on the corner of Northbrook Road and East Belt.

The new development of Northbrook Waters - Ski Estate is located only 5 minutes from the centre of Rangiora in North Canterbury, and 24 minutes drive to the heart of Christchurch. The Club House was built to store the boat in and have functions for all your friends and family. it has a carpark, a barbequing area and tables and seats. The Club House is Located at 25 PalmView Drive.
